HR & Volunteer Development Manager
At Naseeha Institute, we strive to create a nurturing environment where community members, volunteers, and staff can thrive spiritually and professionally. We are a small, close-knit organization with a large network of volunteers, and we are looking for an HR & Volunteer Development Manager to take our HR operations and volunteer program to the next level.
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR & Volunteer Development Manager to oversee our human resources operations and manage our volunteer program. In this role, you’ll be responsible for everything from recruitment and training to engagement and recognition programs, ensuring that both our paid team and volunteers are motivated, well-supported, and aligned with the mission of Naseeha Institute.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for both employees and volunteers.
- Develop and implement training programs to upskill employees and volunteers.
- Create and manage volunteer engagement programs to ensure high participation and satisfaction.
- Design and implement employee and volunteer recognition and reward systems.
- Monitor HR performance metrics and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR management and/or volunteer coordination.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Experience working with volunteers and developing engagement programs is a plus.

Assistant Videographer
Naseeha Institute produces a range of content, including podcasts, weekly gatherings, courses, workshops, field trips, and conferences. We are looking for a motivated Media Production Assistant to help with the technical and creative aspects of producing high-quality media for our programs.
About the Role:
As a Media Production Assistant, you will play a key role in the production of multimedia content, from setting up equipment for live events to editing videos for online platforms. Working closely with our media team, you’ll help ensure that our programs are presented in a professional and engaging manner, contributing to both the technical and creative aspects of our media output.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage video, audio, and lighting equipment for live events and recordings (e.g., podcasts, gatherings, courses, and workshops).
- Assist with recording and live streaming of events.
- Edit video and audio content for various platforms (e.g., social media, YouTube).
- Collaborate with the media team to ensure all recordings align with the institute’s brand and message.
- Organize and archive media files for future use.
- Maintain and troubleshoot media equipment as needed.
Key Qualifications:
- Basic experience in video and audio recording, editing, and production.
- Familiarity with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Audacity).
- Ability to work on-site and support live events.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new media tools and technologies.
