Our registered office and principal place of business is located at 164-G, Civic Commercial Area, Phase 1, DHA, Lahore, Pakistan.
We offer this website (naseeha.live), together with our related platforms (including courses.naseeha.live and donate.naseeha.live) and all information, tools, products and services available from them to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Courses and programs. Fees for our courses and programs are refundable if you withdraw before classes begin. Once the program has commenced, fees are non-refundable. To request a refund, please contact us using the details below before the program start date.
Events and intensives. Tickets and registrations for events, workshops and intensives are refundable in full if you cancel at least seven (7) days before the scheduled date. Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
Donations. Donations are non-refundable. However, if a genuine error has occurred (for example, a duplicate transaction or an incorrect amount), please contact us promptly and we will review and, where appropriate, correct it.
Processing. Approved refunds will be processed using your original method of payment within a reasonable period. Any bank or payment-processor charges associated with a transaction may be deducted from the refunded amount. 7. Termination
We may immediately change or terminate your access to our products, services and this website, or any online membership(s), course enrolment(s) or account(s) with us, with or without notice, at any time, without liability to you, any other user or any third party. We reserve the right to terminate your access if, without limitation, you have: (1) provided us with false or misleading registration information; (2) interfered with other users or the administration of our services or websites; (3) upon a request by law enforcement or other governmental authorities; or (4) otherwise violated these Terms and Conditions.
8. Severability and Waiver
If any portion of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the unenforceable portion will be deemed amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and if it can’t be made enforceable, then it will be severed and the remaining portion will remain in full force and effect. Our Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and you agree that the courts of Lahore (including any consumer court) will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute that you have with us.
